Our team

Simon Rudd

Director

Simon has an honours degree in Business Administration from Winchester University and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Simon trained and qualified with a top 10 firm based in Southampton where he was Manager of the 'Business Services Group' which specialised in providing accountancy services and advice to a large number of the region's small and medium businesses.

Simon has over 12 years of accountancy practice experience in Hampshire and Dorset.

More recently Simon has been the Head of Finance and a member of the first line management for the European C4i Operating Unit of defence giant Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Scott Kempsey

Consultant

Scott is a Chartered Certified Accountant with significant experience in both practice and industry.

Scott trained and qualified at Burnett Swayne the largest independent practice in Hampshire. Scott gained a wealth of experience in audit, tax, accounting, and payroll in the 10 years he spent at Burnett Swayne and was a manager in the Outsourced Financial Reporting department which specialised in providing accountancy services to the SME market.

Scott has also gained significant experience in a number of lead accountancy roles within the travel and media industries.
